Margot Eiran — Founder, CEO.Margot has always been an advocate of green causes. Prior to her current role as CEO of HomeEnergySaver, she was the Dir. of Sales and Marketing at GreenFuel Technologies, a leading developer of algae systems for capturing CO
2 from power plants. She also served as the Program Manager of the Harvard University Green Campus Initiative, where she managed green building projects and the Environmental Loan Fund. Apart from being a mother of three kids, Margot has USGBC LEED accreditation; an MBA from Harvard Business School; a Univ. of Cambridge Masters of Laws degree, and a BA from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Kanika Singal - Director of Strategy Kanika not only has deep expertise in marketing and strategy, but she is a qualified architect with experience in green-building technologies, and led a statewide sustainable building project for the government of India. She has worked with multi-million dollar brands like Levi’s, and also served as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. on leading retail, consumer goods, pharma, and building construction accounts. An advocate for all things green, she also writes about building management issues for a leading Indian national daily. Kanika graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology in , Delhi, one of India’s most prestigious universities.

Jessica Crowell – Director of Communications Jessica has over five years experience in mission-driven marketing and media research. Most recently she worked as a researcher in the Media and Democracy Program for the Social Science Research Council. She has served as the McGannon Communication Research Center graduate fellow at Fordham University, and spent three years as a Media Strategist on PepsiCo and Hershey’s at OMD, a global media agency in the Omnicom Group. Jessica holds a MA in Communications from Fordham University and a BA from The George Washington University, both with high honors.
Jessica’s Green Credo: I don’t think saving money or helping the environment can ever go out of style, so maybe green really is the new black. 
Matt Rabinowitz, PhD - Founder, ChairmanMatt has founded three successful and diverse start-up companies. In 2004, he founded and served as CEO of Gene Security Network, which uses informatics to revolutionize embryonic genetic testing. (GSN is funded by Sequoia Capital, CCV, a senior Google exec, NIH grants and IVF Centers.) In 2002, Matt founded Rosum, which uses digital TV to augment GPS for indoor positioning, and which was named a Top 30 Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. Matt also co-founded Panopticon, an intelligent web-merchandizing company that sold for $100M. He earned the top academic honors in physics and engineering as a student at Stanford University, and still goes back to his academic roots as a consulting professor there. Matt received the IEEE Scott Helt Award and was named by MIT Technology Review as one of the top 35 technology innovators in the US.
